Return & Warranty Policy

Standard Return Terms

We maintain a rigorous standard for returns and cancellations to support optimal supply tracking for custom builders:

  • All qualifying components feature a baseline 14-day return window from the exact delivery timestamp.
  • Order cancellations can be safely handled directly up until the item undergoes system fulfillment and packaging.

1. Hardware Defects & RMAs

  • All brand-new components carry their respective manufacturers' warranties.
  • If a component suffers from hardware failure or internal defects within its standard coverage period, we will assist you through the formal RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) layout.

2. What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage incurred during self-assembly or individual hardware modification.
  • Overclocking damage, structural drops, or liquid spills caused by user error.

3. Submitting a Claim

To file a formal warranty claim, email hntmartltd@gmail.com with your original order number, the serial number of the component, and a clear description (along with photos or video evidence) of the issue.
